You are solely responsible for keeping your Mamibet account password and login details confidential. Mamibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. Mamibet reserves the right to request full identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), recent bank statements, and proof of residential address. All submitted documents will be handled securely and confidentially in accordance with Mamibet's Privacy Policy.

Mamibet does not accept deposits in the form of cash, cheques, physical credit/debit cards, or any foreign payment method. All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the Mamibet account holder.
The minimum deposit at Mamibet is RM 20 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account verification level. Mamibet reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.
Successful deposits are typically credited to your Mamibet account within seconds for e-wallets, and between 5 to 15 minutes for FPX transactions. If your deposit has not been credited within that timeframe, please contact Mamibet support with proof of transaction (screenshot or receipt) and your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals from your Mamibet account can be requested at any time via the "Withdrawal" section in your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals can only be processed to a Malaysian bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the Mamibet account holder.
Withdrawal requests that are complete and meet all requirements will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. This period may be longer during Malaysian public holidays or if additional verification is required. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account still requires full KYC verification.
Funds derived from Mamibet bonuses or promotions are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Mamibet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if the wagering requirements have not been fully met.
Mamibet offers a variety of bonuses to users from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new members, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses for slots, weekly rebates, and sports tournament-related promotions. All such offers are at Mamibet's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
Most Mamibet bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of between 10x and 30x the bonus value received, depending on the bonus type. For example, a RM 100 deposit bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Any attempt to abuse the Mamibet bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim new bonuses, placing strategic bets to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk (bonus hunting), or colluding with other users to exploit promotions — constitutes a serious violation. Mamibet reserves the right to cancel bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close the accounts involved.
All sports betting on Mamibet — including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and others), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, BWF World Championships), and e-sports — is subject to betting rules specific to each sport and tournament. Odds displayed are accurate at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed.
Mamibet reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of inaccurate information, technical errors in odds display, or where the relevant tournament or match has been cancelled, suspended, or proven to have been affected by result manipulation. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.
All casino games on Mamibet — including slots, baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and Roulette — use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure every round is fair. Mamibet makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. We will make every effort to maintain consistent platform availability, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime at all times.
Mamibet reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required for legal and regulatory compliance purposes. In the event of a confirmed closure that is not the result of a user violation, any valid account balance will be returned to the user.
You may request the closure of your Mamibet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be forfeited. Your real money balance (deposited funds not tied to any bonus) will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.
Mamibet supports players who wish to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gaming reasons. You may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion.
